Beth and Nick were married in the English Garden of Wickham Park in Manchester. The weather was perfect for their garden ceremony where music from bagpiper, Pat Whelan, played traditional Irish and Scottish songs throughout various parts of their ceremony. The reception was held at Wickham Park's Cabin and tent which overlooked a spectacular view of the city of Hartford. The dining tent was decorated in white with a punch of lime green - perfect for the setting. Escort cards were displayed in a bed of grass and table centerpieces were done in white callas and "lime" green. After dining on a delicious spread by Bay Leaf Gourmet which included the bride's favorite, Mashed Potato martini bar, guests convened in the cabin for dancing and dessert. Their "cake" consisted of cupcakes done in pink, chocolate and light green and were a big hit with their guests. Younger guests (as well as older guests) found delight in a playful candy buffet featuring a mixture of vintage and modern candies.
